Late Check in Procedures

If you are going to be checking into your rental after we close (5pm on Saturdays and 2pm on Sunday) we have a lock box outside our rental door. All you have to do is call us during office hours for the code. There will be a packet with your name on it that contains your keys.

If you are staying at Sea Colony, you will need to go to the Security Guard Station at the front gate of Sea Colony to retrieve your temporary parking pass.

In the morning, you will need to go to the Sea Colony recreation office, located across the highway on Route 1, in the marketplace shopping center to retrieve your permanent parking pass & recreation badges.

We do have an after hours emergency service in case you have a problem. The phone number is posted on the lock box. Please only call for true emergencies. The service is in effect June through September. For any non-emergency problems or questions please call our office in the morning and we will be happy to help you.

Office Hours: Weekdays: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-2pm
(Weekend Hours October-May, by appointment. Closed on Sunday).
