Sea Colony is a gated private community with amenities including a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, exercise room, walking paths, bike paths, lakes, ponds and community tram/shuttle services. Saturday-Saturday Rental, non-smoking, no pets.

This unit is outstanding in every way. Clean and comfortable, with cleaning supplies and thoughtful extras (drying rack, full kitchen equipment, plenty of nice dishes). Water pressure, A/C, washer and dryer are in great shape so you won't have any worries when enjoying your vacation. The unit is well-maintained, smells great (something I find can be rare at the beach!), and is convenient to the Sea Coloy trolley, deli, parking lot exit, and -- of course -- the beach and most events at Sea Colony on the beachside (movie night, bonfire, etc) while remaining quieter than Edgewater. Big props to Tansey Warner, who are responsive and friendly with any questions or concerns.

This is the only place we stay whenever we go to Bethany Beach. We always have an enjoyable stay. The unit is always in nice shape and we like being on the second floor when the elevators get busy. The kitchen was recently remodeled and they did an excellent job, really opens the space up and makes it much brighter.
