The furniture in this unit are beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The corner location in the building means the two small bedroom are slightly larger, have conventional doors, are more comfortable and have more light. This is a first class unit.

401 Island Building first week of August 1922

My daughter and her family had a great experience at Sea Colony and the room was very good. The only issue was the size of the TVs they were very small and with three children between 8 and 15 the TV seemed to be more important than other things. Other than that they had a fabulous week and the room was perfect for them

we love this unit.....it is very comfortable and homey and makes us feel relaxed when we open the door.Whoever cleans this unit does a great job, it is always very clean/spotless! the new kitchen is very nice, well stocked and the vanity drawers are a nice addition. thank the owner for the new balcony furniture and for sharing this unit with us. We are hoping to see ourselves in this unit again next year !! Again, thank you for all you do at Tansey Warner! You guys are the BEST!!!

We love this unit...comfortable, well stocked kitchen.Not over the top with fufu. Just real comfortable..The living room furniture is dated but that is fine with us..its very homey. The updated kitchen is very nice,especially the lighting. And the balcony furniture was more comfortable than previous. We really enjoy this unit with the room and access to the beach and appreciate the owner sharing this unit with us.Hope to revisit this unit for 2022!!!!PS...the vanities with drawers was a nice addition. I am going to redo our bathroom this winter and you can bet I am going to look at a drawered vanity!

Fantastic Condo

We have rented this condo almost every year for the past 7 or 8 years, and the reason is because it is tried and true, in a perfect location and always delivering to us the comfort of home living and amenities - just transplanted at the beach!

The unit is nicely equipped, and as part of Sea Colony is in a great location with terrific beach and pool access and an easy walk to the Bethany boardwalk.

Very nice Sea Colony condo

The best feature of this S. C. Condo is that it is a true 3-bedroom, with a door that closes off bedroom #3 for privacy. This allowed our family to use it for young children who napped and went to bed early. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pots and pans, dishes, tools, and everything a family would need in a week. The bedrooms have extra blankets, and a tv in the master. Downsides were seeing the beach only at an angle from the balcony, rather than a full view, with the big houses obstructing the beach view partially. But that was minor. More of a disappointment was the impossibility of getting the WiFi to work. Also, to some degree, the distance from activities is a negative to being in zisland, but the 3-bedroom made up for it. The unit is nicely maintained and decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Sea Colony Oceanfront - 40l Island

WE loved staying at 401 Island, this is our 2nd year there and it feels like home to us and we hope to be able to rent same time there next year. It is furnished so nice and from the time you open the door it is just breathtaking, we love the fact that it is a corner unit. Our thanks to the owners for making it so nice for us. Diane L. Murry
