Nice Resort

This is my second trip to the Sea Colony Resort. The resort itself is wonderful. The condos I've stayed in each time (same layout and space) are fine. You get what you expect from the pictures. Here are the pros to this specific condo: clean; good layout; quiet; convenient and covered parking spot; shaded ocean view; extra pillows; well-stocked cupboards as far as glasses, plates, cups, bowls, silverware; homey feel Here are a couple of cons: the twin bed and daybed mattresses are very uncomfortable--you can feel the springs in them and the daybed shakes with movement; the showerheads mist instead of shower the body Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at 611 Harbour. It provided our family with the space we needed when we weren't at the beach or pool. Getting keys to the condo was super easy because a representative from Tansey-Warner was at a table right outside the realty building to hand them out. There was a drop box for returning the keys, and since the realty office is right across from the beachfront condos, that was convenient for us on our way out early in the morning. I would rent from Tansey-Warner again. I only wish Tansey-Warner and Sea Colony had a system set up so that we could fill out the waiver to the resort through a link in the Tansey-Warner correspondence and also get our badges to the Sea Colony Resort while getting our keys to the condo with Tansey-Warner.

Wonderful week

We have rented this unit before. We were pleased to see that the owners followed up and did purchase new mattresses. The kitchen is well wonderfully equipped. The beds were fine. We know this is not gold standard nor was it advertised as such. We had a wonderful week and will rent again this condo. Jane at 10 see Warner is beyond fabulous. She’s helpful as is all of the staff. We had a wonderful week

Great stay at Harbour 611

We have been staying at Harbour 611 for many years. We were happy to be back this year! Very clean upon arrival which is always appreciated! We hope to be back next year. The only thing I would like to mention is the master bathroom light fixture - one of the lights were out - my husband was going to replace it but it’s a special bulb and he thought best to leave it alone. We remember having this same issue in 2019 when we stayed there. So get that fixed and everything is perfect!!

611 Harbour

We have stayed in this condo many times and always enjoy it. The only complaint we have is that there was a light out in the bathroom. My husband thought he could just replace the bulb but that wasn't the case with this particular light fixture. He has replaced bulbs that had burned out in the past - not a big deal to us. Other than that everything was great!

We have been coming to Sea Colony for almost 20 years. We love Tansey Warner and every condo we book, at Sea Colony, through them. Have recommended them to many people.
