Great view

The unit was pretty good. Mostly clean enough. There were some burned out light bulbs, unworking outlets and the fuses would blow when we tried to run more than 1 hairdryer. We had a nice stay though and no big complaints.

We enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect and overall the condo was clean and well maintained. This was our second summer renting through Tansy Warner and they did not disappoint. Their agents are pleasant and make booking, check in and check out a very smooth process. We will continue to book our summer vacations with them and highly recommend them to others. After a very disappointing rental experience with Vacasa a previous year we are thrilled to have found Tansy Warner!

Great spacious sleeping spaces

We enjoyed our stay very much! We made use of both bedrooms, the den and the loft, which helped everyone get a good night’s sleep and have a little privacy. The loft bath is a really nice extra! Everything was in good working order and the master bath was lovely. The living room seating area is a little tight with a large group but workable. The carpeting has some wear on it, but that didn’t bother us. Thanks to the owner for sharing a great beach place with us!

Love Sea Colony and Farragut 910. We have been coming to Sea Colony for many years and it’s something the whole family talks about all year. Beautiful Sea Colony accommodations

We have stayed at this unit for multiple years now. It has a fabulous view of the beach / ocean (and pool). The unit is perfect for a big family that wants space - numerous bedrooms with extra beds and even a bathroom in the loft (which is great to have since the stairs from the loft can be a little challenging). Many books were provided along with DVD's (but there was no DVD / VHS player this time that - so we notified the property manager and they will correct this in short order, no doubt). We experienced a problem with the dryer malfunctioning which they are replacing. This was a minor inconvenience that we were able to work around. We had to buy a can opener and peeler for the kitchen - otherwise it was pretty well stocked with dishes and amenities. Bathrooms appeared clean and updated. Overall - we enjoy this unit and would stay again!

We’ve been coming to the same condo at Sea Colony Bethany Beach for many years. It’s a family tradition that we all look forward to and it’s special to us. It took a little too long to check on this year because of extra cleaning and disinfectant used but overall we had a great time Our condo was really clean and very nice as it is every year which is why we keep coming back. Tansey Warner does a great job

Great Value Beach Rental

We had a really nice stay at this unit! Sea Colony is always a great place with its view, beachfront and activities.  it was a nice, comfortable unit. The loft is a great feature, making this a 4 bedroom unit. Someone else I spoke to had a 2 bedroom and paid more for it than we did for this one (since this one isn't updated quite as much relative to the kitchen and other features). I would prefer to spend my money on space so my kids don't fight so this worked out great for our family.

We had a wonderful time this year as usual. Improvements to master bath are beautiful. Also was very kind of Of owner to leave a gift for us because of the consecutive years we rent her place. Tansey Warner is great and very responsive to any issue we have ever had. God willing we will be back next year. Thanks to everything Jesse and Wendy Schmidt

We have been coming down for many years staying in the same unit. We noticed some improvements and we appreciate it. We always have a wonderful time at Sea Colony and you all at Tansey Warner are great too. We do wish we could check in earlier since we always arrive early to beat the Bay Bridge traffic. It would be nice for earlier check in when possible. Thanks.

Shower door in hall bathroom needs replacing. Also maybe a couple more chairs on balcony. Overall we enjoy this condo very much. We have been coming to same place for many years.
