Excellent

The only complaint we have- lack of hot water for showers! When coming back from the beach and pool, only 2 of us could take a hot shower unless we waited an hour or more between showers. So that's what we did. Other than that it was a great stay

202 Island- Sea Colony

Very comfortable; plenty of space with the den converted to room with bed with sliding door. We use it for 5 comfortably...but trundle bed opens up for more sleeping space if needed. Being end building has more chance for guest parking open spaces if needed

Play it again......

This year our younger daughter's family was able to join us again and said they hoped for 202 where they stayed a few years back. We all made full use of the balcony and held our crabfest st their unit. We love the quiet secluded feel of Island House and this particular unit. Five year old Shane even took some long naps after energetic mornings in the ocean. Looking forward to 2019.

Wonderful Stay, Great Unit

We stayed here in the month of June and had a wonderful experience. It seemed to be before the season really got underway, so was pleasant and not really busy (although the ocean was still really cold). This unit was perfectly appointed. The updated kitchen is terrific and has everything you'd need. Both bathrooms were clean, and the updated hall bath was really nice. The bed in the master is a bit firm, but for someone used to a pillow top mattress, it was completely fine. The pillows are a bit flat, but we each brought one from home - would recommend you do the same if you think your sleep depends on it. All of the living/dining room furniture is very comfortable and clean. The tiled areas are great, and the carpeted areas were nice and clean as well. The TVs had a nice picture, and the room was equipped with WiFi. At times the WiFi would stall (I'd disconnect from server), but it was fine most of the time. As with all Sea Colony units, this unit has an ocean view; however, it's at the end of the building, so sort of looks onto the ocean from an angle. This is great from a privacy and low-noise perspective; however, the patio does get pretty sunny/warm really early. The only suggestion I have is that the management company think about how it can (or does it?) launder some of the resident items like the throw rug and fabric shower liner in the hall bath. I ended up washing the rug, placemats, and living room throw (although the throw seemed fine). All in all, a perfect stay. I'd definitely choose this unit again.
