Tansey Warner is very easy to work with—proactive communication is outstanding. 809 Island is a great unit. We loved everything about it—except for the fact that TVs in the den and back bedroom didn’t work. If the TVs worked, I would have marked the rating as excellent.

We loved our stay. The updated and open kitchen added a lovely touch to our stay. All the beds were very comfortable. The mattress in sofa bed in den was suitable for a toddler to sleep on. We would definitely stay again.

Was a very clean and neat place. Loved the view. I’m not sure if the air conditioning was working right because the master bedroom was not cool enough. Also the pillows on the couch made a feathery mess. That said, we would certainly stay there again!!

The unit was perfect for our family and our needs. Beautiful ocean views welcomed us from sunrise to sunset. When we had an issue with a kitchen cabinet we called and it was promptly taken care of by maintenance.

809 Island was ready and clean upon arrival. At this time of pandemic, we were concerned, but place was very clean. Kitchen well stocked and nice. The view was great and we survived our first tropical storm. 🙂 Our only true complaint was the pull out sofa in the den... the mattress is horrible. My son and his wife had to use a blow up mattress they just happen to have in their car. The mattress on both pull out are paper thin and very uncomfortable. Perhaps an upgrade is needed? I would stay there again but the sleeping accommodations (den and living room) are less than comfy. I would say our stay was average to above.

We had a great week! The unit was without a doubt one of the cleanest units I have ever rented in my entire life. Kudos to the cleaning crew! Very pleasantly surprised, especially with everything going on with COVID. The only requests would be adding more cookware (frying pans/skillets) and use of the beach locker. It is a huge plus to not to have drag everything back up to the condo. I didn't even think to look at that when we rented because I haven't had a rental without the use of the beach locker in a very long time, so I just assumed we would be able to use it. The carpeting on the balcony could definitely be replaced, but not a huge deal. We would rent this unit again if we stayed Sea Colony in the future.

Stayed in 809 Island the first week of "off season" and really enjoyed it. Spectacular views, comfortable accommodations, and an affordable price point contributed to making a really nice early Fall getaway for the whole family. Unit was clean and orderly upon check-in. Fixtures and appliances met all expectations. At the price being offered in Fall 2019, I'd be glad to reserve the same unit again next year!
