One bedroom located downstairs. Spiral staircase from the living room up to the loft opens to two sleeping areas on the 2nd floor. One enclosed bedroom and one open space bedroom. A perfect retreat for eight people to enjoy their vacation!Sea Colony is a gated private community with amenities including a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, exercise room, walking paths, bike paths, lakes, ponds and community tram/shuttle services. We loved our stay! The place was extremely spacious and we loved being so close to the ocean. The only downside was the decorations were very outdated. But for a vacation rental, it served us well. Thank you for the rental.

The very best unit we have rented in our 30+ years staying at Sea Colony West & East. Even better than family members who own a unit nearby (don't tell them!!) Master bed is like sleeping on a cloud! Please thank the owners for renting to us. We enjoy every minute we are there.

We absolutely love this condo. We have been staying at Sea Colony and have rented numerous condos for more then 25 years. 1125 Center Court is our absolute favorite. The only issue we had this year was not being able to get in until after 5:00 pm. However, the condo was sparkling clean.

We always enjoy the location and layout of this unit for our family. We were a little disappointed in that an entire dresser was removed from the loft bedroom which really cut down on the storage. Overall we are always satisfied with both the unit and the realtor.

This is a great condo. It was clean and fit 6 of us comfortably. Close to the beach if you don't mind a short walk. Always looking for something nice, big enough and affordable and this fit the bill.

Sea Colony
Tansey Warner is the best company to rent from. We liked our unit and it was very close walking distance to the beach. We wish the kitchen contained a cutting board, it was something we had to buy. We rented the towels and bed linens which worked out well.

Great vacation!
Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable. Adequate space for our 5 adults. Quiet area. Love the outside shower. Nice private patio. My only issue was I thought there were 2 bedrooms downstairs from reading the description. (One downstairs, one upstairs & 2 doubles, single in the loft.) My mistake but still plenty of room. Shuttle stops 1 block away.
