Very luxurious
Our stay at 905 Dover House was wonderful. When you first walk through the door and see the beach & ocean in front of you, know you are going to have a great time SC. The home is full of beautiful upgrades and everything was in great condition. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Full size washer/dryer a plus. You can see many of the evening activities from your balcony. You must rent the linen package or bring your own. Tansey-Warner was a pleasure to work with. Check-in and check-out was well organized. I would highly recommend this home and Tansey-Warner.

Great vacation
We had a great time during our recent stay at 905 dover. The unit was a lot nicer and more updated than others we have stayed at. The only issues were that the washing machine is full of mold, so every time we opened it, it smelled of mildew. Also, the dishwasher latch for the soap dispenser was broken. Everything else was wonderful. Thanks!
Reply: The soap dispenser door was difficult to close and has been replaced. The washing machine has been thoroughly cleaned, and there is a note asking guests to please leave open after departing. Thanks for letting us know, and we're glad you enjoyed your stay!

Nice condo. Easy check in and check out process! Clean condo. Only thing that was not accommodating was the pools closed at 6:00 pm. The following week it was scheduled to stay open til 9, and our “fee” went up the week we came. A little discouraging.

Fantastic get away rental!
We were very impressed with our week long rental at the Dover. We were very concerned with the cleaning and disinfecting process and you were very patient to walk us through it all and giving us suggestions as what to bring from our own home to remain safe. We arrived to an incredibly clean/disinfected condo...something we had never experienced in all of our years of renting. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities and had super easy check in and out procedures. We will certainly be renting from you again next year!

Excellent property and owner
We visited Bethany Beach while attending the Dover NASCAR race. We have rented for years, and this location is one of the best locations we have stayed at. The owner was fantastic. The condo was clean and very nice. The deck had incredible views. My elderly parents felt very secure there. The only negative was we could only stay a few nights. My mom has decided she likes this location better than Gulf Shores, so we'll be back.
