Kitchen and dining room space as well as outdoor seating on the balcony with ocean views. Tv's in the living room and both bedrooms. This unit has 2 reserved parking spaces! Sea Colony is a gated private community with amenities including a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, exercise room, walking paths, bike paths, lakes, ponds and community tram/shuttle services. Saturday-Saturday Rental, non-smoking, no pets.

Great, stay in awesome apartment with perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay at 806 Brandywine at Bethany Beach in Sea colony. It was a wonderful apartment with plenty of space and incredible views. Everything was perfect.

Lovely unit!
We have been renting in edgewater for years but this year we decided to save some money and tried brandywine. This was a great decision! Upon entering we were greeted by the knowledge that a robust HvAC unit was providing blissful coolness and dehumidification (we have been in a few units with bad AC and it really hurts the vacation, especially with a week like we had where we had a lot of storms and downtime away from the water). The furnishings and decor were so charming! There was some really interesting stuff! We really enjoyed looking around. The kitchen had some things I don’t always see: a tea kettle, a decent chefs knife, a pitcher, and more than one big bowl. I cook and bake a lot at the beach so that was appreciated! The only thing we were missing was a table on the balcony large enough to play cards on (we played on the coffee table instead). I would have loved a slightly firmer mattress and a detachable shower head, but neither are deal breakers. Above all, we were astounded at how QUIET the unit was. You can’t hear the trash chute being used, the neighbors walking by, or even the neighboring units’ running water. It felt so solid and silent and we felt so peaceful because of it. We also ended up liking the outdoor pool better than edgewater because the sun shines into it longer in the evening and it gives a nice ambiance. And the indoor pool and hot tub were really just a short walk away, so we didn’t miss out on a thing. We absolutely loved our vacation at 806 brandywine!

Nice comfortable place with a view of the beach, but needs to have kitchen cabinets & closets decluttered of the older & redundant items so they can be used by the renters
